LoveLink is a mobile application designed to help couples connect and strengthen their relationship through:

• Daily synchronized sessions with questions and prompts
• Photo sharing (Moments)
• Collaborative date planning (Plans)
• Quick connection features (Pulse)

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LoveLink. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

To use LoveLink, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use the App to distribute spam or malware
• Reverse engineer or modify the App

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create (photos, text, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit that content to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload.

7. Premium Subscription

LoveLink offers optional premium features:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your app store settings
• Refunds are handled according to app store policies

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
